To be supplied eventually :

- Dully legalised power to a representative to undertake all necessary work in the name of the company (on behalf of a foreign company taking shares in Algerian company). In that case this power will have to be legalised at the closest Algerian consulate (nearest to the headquarter of the foreign company).

- Certificate of residence.

Fiscal procedures:

Once the company has been registred, it must be declared without delay (less than 30 days) to the tax office. (closest office to the headquarter). by filling and remitting, the join "Declaration of existence"
This step is compulsory to get the company in full order.
You will then receive a fiscal card (carte fiscale), a document that will be required in most of the transactions the company will perform.
