Steps to follow for setting up a company in Algeria
- Company name registration with CNRC : minimum 2 visits
- Searching and selecting items to insert as object of the company
- Selecting a notary: He will be in charge for writing the memorandum of association. He will check the full compliance of the file with the rules and laws. He will make the necessary legal advertising in the official gazette BOAL: minimum 4 visits
- Searching and selecting premises for the company: minimum 6 visits.
- Writing up of the lease by a notary : minimum 3 visits
- Get all documents required legalised : minimum 2 visits
- Paying up of various legal fees and registration stamps : minimum 2 visits
- File remittance with CNRC (Centre National du registre de Commerce) : minimum 3 visits
- Memorandum translation by a recognized expert: minimum 3 visits
- Bank account opening: minimum 2 visits.
- Writing up the “Déclaration d’existence” for the fiscal services: minimum 2 visits
